Key responsibilities

• Supervise preparation and plating of Asian dishes in the assigned kitchen areas.
• Organize mise en place, ingredient use and service readiness.
• Guide kitchen staff on recipes, portion consistency and hygiene.
• Coordinate with the chef team on stock needs, waste reduction and quality.
