This is an opportunity to contribute to business continuity, user experience, and strategic growth in a multinational https://jobeax.com/link/XPIPcl49TX5URjrC You Will Do :- Collaborate with global IT teams and external support partners to resolve incidents and service requests.- Manage IT procurement activities and coordinate with vendors for hardware and service requirements.- Oversee IT asset management including inventory control, stock levels, ordering, invoicing, and documentation.- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, device preparation, replacements, disposals, and mobile device support.- Install, upgrade, and support business, production, and logistics software while maintaining process compliance.- Provide in-person and remote support for hardware and software issues while aligning IT services with organizational https://jobeax.com/link/TRKMktCoTZiWucgN You Bring :- University degree in IT Support, Computer Science, or a related discipline.- 13+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or progressive IT operations roles.- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, endpoint devices, and IT service management concepts.- Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall administration.- Experience working in a multinational organization with centralized governance and strong customer service focus.- Good communication skills in English with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations and stakeholders.
