Role Overview :We are looking for an experienced .NET 10 & React Full Stack Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities :- Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise-grade web applications using .NET 10, https://jobeax.com/link/GrYTXLZMpxEMJknV Core, C#, and React.js. - Design scalable and secure application architectures aligned with business and technical requirements. - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services. - Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance front-end applications using https://jobeax.com/link/6WcBICn0LM558SP0, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. - Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure development best practices. - Mentor developers, distribute tasks, and provide technical guidance to the team. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver projects within timelines. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. - Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. - Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with enterprise standards.
