About the Opportunity
Tekjawa Solar Solutions is seeking motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join its technical team as Solar PV Technicians. This is a field-based role involving solar panel installation, electrical connections, commissioning support, and system maintenance at customer locations and project sites.

Job Title: Solar Technician
Key Responsibilities
Assist in rooftop solar PV panel installation and mounting structure assembly.
Support electrical wiring, cable connections, and inverter installation.
Assist with solar system commissioning, testing, and performance checks.
Conduct field activities at customer locations and project sites.
Support the identification and troubleshooting of basic technical issues.
Assist with preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair activities.
Follow electrical safety standards and established site procedures.
Coordinate with senior technicians to ensure timely and quality project execution.
Travel to project sites as required.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, or a related discipline preferred.
Freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety practices.
Interest in solar energy and renewable technologies.
Willingness to undertake fieldwork and travel to project locations.
Ability to work at rooftop sites while adhering to safety requirements.
