Job Responsibilities:- Software testing and validation for substation automation systems- Functional, integration, regression, and compatibility testing- Validate software configurations and system functionality- Execute test cases and document defects- Perform network and protocol analysis- Work with IEC 61850-based systems and merging unitsRequired Skills:- IEC 61850- GOOSE, MMS, Sampled Values (SV)- SCL Engineering - ICD, CID, SCD- Substation Automation / SCADA / Electrical Protection- Software Testing & Validation- Configuration validation- Network/Protocol analysisGood to Have:- Python scripting / test automation- Test management tools- Source control- CI/CD knowledge- Agile methodology (ref:hirist.tech)
