Job description -

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze product specifications and customer requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies.

· Design, write, and maintain accurate and detailed test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.

· Execute manual PCL test cases, log defects, and track them through resolution.

· Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure complete test coverage and high-quality deliverables.

· Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and reviews to contribute from a testing perspective.

· Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Maintain test documentation and provide timely status reports on testing activities and outcomes.

· Continuously enhance test processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Around 3 + years of hands-on experience in software testing (Manual Testing).

· Experience in embedded software, firmware, or device testing. Experience with firmware validation, device configuration, troubleshooting, and log analysis.

· Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

· Proven ability to understand complex product workflows and quickly translate requirements into test cases.

· Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

· Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Red Mine).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.

· Familiarity with Waterfall methodologies.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
