About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle qualified leads passed on by the lead generation team and take them through to closure
2. Identify and approach business owners and key decision-makers
3. Understand client requirements and recommend the right SaaS/software solution
4. Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain technical and business value
5. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial terms
6. Manage the complete sales cycle: qualification, negotiation, and closing
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
8. Maintain accurate pipeline, leads, and activity data in the CRM
9. Coordinate with technical/implementation teams for smooth client onboarding
10. Build and maintain long-term client relationships
11. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
12. Share market/client feedback with product and marketing teams to refine sales strategy
