Responsibilities

• Assist with understanding project requirements and preparing or updating test cases aligned with the Requirement Traceability Matrix.
• Execute manual functional and regression test cases under supervision.
• Participate in test script reviews and Software Quality Assurance documentation reviews.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and release managers to support product quality and timely delivery.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Document test execution results and assist with test summary reports.
• Apply SQA methodologies, tools, and best practices while supporting continuous process improvement.
• Assist with validation documentation compliant with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and other testing activities as assigned.
• Coordinate with distributed global teams and support cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Software Testing Life Cycle, Agile methodologies, software testing concepts, and defect life cycle.
• Good understanding of databases and SQL for data validation.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn domain-specific regulations such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Preferred: at least one year of testing experience with Web and/or Mobile applications.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work across time zones, and collaborate with minimal guidance.
• Preferred: software testing certification such as ISTQB Foundation Level.
