Our partner is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer based in India.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative QA team focused on delivering reliable, high-quality software across web applications and APIs.
You will take ownership of manual and automated testing activities across the software development lifecycle.
The role combines test strategy, hands-on execution, defect analysis, and continuous improvement of QA practices.
You will work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to validate requirements and strengthen product quality.
Your technical expertise will help streamline testing, identify issues early, and support effective release decisions.
You will also contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor other QA professionals within the team.
Define testing strategies for product verification and validation, and create and maintain comprehensive test plans.
Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases for web applications and APIs.
Communicate testing status, risks, and quality findings to relevant stakeholders and recommend solutions to identified issues.
Apply quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle and contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and practices.
Support, guide, and mentor other QA team members while promoting effective testing standards and knowledge sharing.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
