We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer – Test Automation with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing. The role is purely focused on test automation activities , with a strong emphasis on Playwright and TypeScript . Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript
Perform end-to-end, functional, and regression automation testing
Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and testing needs
Ensure comprehensive test coverage for applications developed using https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY and https://jobeax.com/link/6WcBICn0LM558SP0
Identify, document, track, and validate defects across the testing lifecycle
Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and testing utilities
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and banking regulations
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Test Automation Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript (mandatory)

Mandatory banking domain expertise
Strong understanding of automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and QA best practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Good to Have
Experience with Selenium (Java)
Knowledge of Finacle or other core banking platforms
Exposure to API testing and performance testing tools
