Eurofins seeks a Senior C# Backend Developer in Bengaluru to lead migration of core business logic from monolithic SQL Server architecture to a modern Service-Oriented Architecture. The role involves designing service layers, developing APIs, and optimizing data access patterns.
Responsibilities
Design and build reusable business logic components using C# and .NET
Extract legacy stored procedures and triggers from SQL Server into C# services
Design, secure, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and web services
Implement efficient data access patterns using Entity Framework Core
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure migration safety
Requirements
5+ years backend development with .NET Core or modern .NET
Advanced SQL Server expertise including complex queries and indexing
Proven experience designing and building Service-Oriented Architectures
Expert knowledge of Entity Framework Core or Dapper ORM tools
Solid understanding of API security protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT)
BE/MCA or equivalent degree or professional experience
