We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain large-scale, cloud-native applications supporting Digital Products and Everyday Banking platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across Node.js-based backend development and modern frontend technologies, with expertise in either https://jobeax.com/link/6WcBICn0LM558SP0 or Angular . You will work on scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern engineering practices, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native technologies.
The role requires strong engineering fundamentals and practical experience working with distributed systems, scalability, resilience, observability, automation, and modern software delivery practices.

Design and implement microservices-based architectures for enterprise-scale applications.
Develop event-driven services and asynchronous processing solutions using Kafka .
Design and optimize data models, queries, indexes, and aggregations using MongoDB .
Implement Redis for caching, session management, distributed locking, and performance optimization.
Build reliable and secure APIs and services capable of operating in distributed environments.
Apply modern software architecture patterns to improve scalability, resilience, availability, and maintainability.
Work with cloud platforms and containerized/serverless deployment models.
Collaborate closely with Product, Platform, DevOps, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver secure and reliable solutions.
Drive automation across development, testing, deployment, and operational processes.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code practices.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application and system performance across distributed environments.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards, coding best practices, and technical documentation.
Identify and resolve production issues while maintaining application reliability and platform stability.
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, automation, and delivery processes.
