We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Kolkata. You will work on real-world client projects and internal products, contributing to the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

A. Key responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and software products.
2. Build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
3. Develop backend services, REST APIs, authentication systems, and business logic.
4. Design, manage, and optimise relational databases and data models.
5. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
6. Debug issues, improve application performance, and maintain code quality.
7. Work with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment environments.
8. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver projects on time.
9. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and documentation.
10. Take ownership of assigned features from development through deployment and maintenance.

B. Good to Have:
1. Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
2. Familiarity with Python and AI/ML integrations or LLM-based applications.
3. Experience with Redis, queues, background jobs, or real-time applications.
4. Knowledge of automated testing and application security.
5. Experience building SaaS products, ERP/CRM systems, or other enterprise applications.
6. A portfolio of personal projects, GitHub repositories, or deployed applications.
7. Eligibility Criteria
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical skills.
9. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
10. Strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn new technologies.
11. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
12. Good communication skills and a responsible, delivery-oriented mindset.
