Job Description

Exposure
We work in an environment where Developers are more exposed to IT and systems in production and the IT professionals are more exposed to the software development process. By focusing on this level of exposure it allows us to build a team more equipped to deal with incidents and requests. It also allows developers and IT professionals to provide more efficient services. As a Full Stack Developer specializing in Java and React, you will be at the forefront of building, optimizing, and maintaining our web applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

Job Description

:
•Design, develop, and enhance general application software and specialized programs.
•Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
•Customize and optimize software applications to improve performance and operational efficiency.
•Participate actively in the complete product development lifecycle
•Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using modern technologies.
•Build and optimize backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
•Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React and Next.js.
•Design and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
•Ensure high-quality code delivery within defined timelines while taking full ownership of assigned tasks.

Required Skills:

•Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
•Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles.
