We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Mandatory Skills:

Monitor data pipelines, scheduled jobs, DAGs and data-processing alerts.

Perform first-line diagnosis of failed, delayed, incomplete or stale processing.

Review Airflow/DataIO task status, logs, dependencies and retries.

Execute approved job/DAG/task reruns or recovery actions where documented.

Validate database/API/file connectivity and gather technical evidence before escalation.

Perform basic data validation and SQL-based checks where permitted by runbooks.

Monitor data-quality/freshness indicators and escalate anomalies appropriately.

Maintain incidents, troubleshooting notes and shift handoffs in ServiceNow.

Escalate complex pipeline, data-quality or engineering issues to Pod B/L2.

Database(SQL/MYSQL/Oracle) health monitoring, alert-log review, scheduled-job monitoring, backup/status validation, and failover checks.

Secondary Skills:

Airflow / DataIO: DAG/task monitoring, retries, SLA misses and approved rerun/recovery.

GCP Data Services: BigQuery, Dataflow/Apache Beam, Cloud SQL/PostgreSQL, Pub/Sub and Cloud Run.

Data troubleshooting: Python, SQL, PostgreSQL/PL/pgSQL and pipeline/batch failure diagnosis.

Hybrid data stack: SQL Server, T-SQL and SSIS fundamentals.

API/integration: REST APIs and Apigee/API Management fundamentals.

Monitoring: Datadog, GCP Monitoring/Cloud Logging and Airflow alerts.

Basic awareness of Microsoft Teams/Graph API notification workflows and file/GoAnywhere dependencies.
