Software Development Engineer II - Frontend in Bangalore, भारत

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software enhancements and new features.
• Maintain and improve existing business-critical applications and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
• Own assigned features and components from development through deployment and production support.
• Monitor application performance and reliability and support operational activities.
• Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical debt reduction and system improvements.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, DevOps, and platform teams.
• Use AI-assisted development tools for code comprehension, debugging, testing, documentation, and prototyping, while reviewing generated output for quality, security, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience building and maintaining production applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS for modern frontend and/or backend web development.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or equivalent.
• Experience with Docker and a working understanding of networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed environment.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms, containerized and distributed systems, Azure Functions or equivalent serverless technologies, event-driven architectures, messaging, asynchronous processing, Service Bus or equivalent, MongoDB, Redis, CI/CD, application security, Kubernetes, Material UI/MUI, PHP, AngularJS, Java, or C#.
