Position Title – Software Engineer
The Software Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet business and client needs. This position requires strong technical expertise in Java-based technologies, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coding, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, ensuring that applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code based on user stories and technical specifications.
Prepare and execute comprehensive unit test plans to ensure robust functionality.
Participate actively in peer code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve overall quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
~2+ years of hands-on coding experience in enterprise-level applications.
~ Strong coding experience in:
Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
Proficiency in debugging and optimizing application performance.
