Job Title: Software Developer
Are you an enthusiastic graduate looking to start your software development career Join the Tyche team and work alongside experienced software professionals to build market-leading software used by some of the world's leading insurance and financial services organizations. You'll gain hands-on experience with modern technologies while contributing to real business solutions from day one.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Bangalore office.

In this role, you will be involved in the full software lifecycle of the core calculation engine for Tyche and its supporting desktop IDE. We envisage that once established, the Bangalore team would be fully equipped to work independently of the UK teams, but collaborating on prioritisation and planning activities, and maintaining regular interaction to ensure that each team is fully aware of the other's work. Troubleshooting and resolving software defects
Participating in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Essential Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
Knowledge of an object-oriented programming language such as C#, Java, Python, or C++.
Passion for technology and software development.
Internship experience or relevant academic projects.
