Project Role : Custom Software Engineer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and business rules within the Pega Platform.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application development.
Competence in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
