AiPrise is a global compliance orchestration platform helping fintechs, marketplaces, and payment companies verify and onboard customers worldwide. We integrate with 80+ identity and compliance vendors to deliver a holistic view of risk. We're now building AI-powered compliance agents to revolutionize KYB, AML, sanctions screening, and risk scoring — enabling our customers to onboard faster, reduce manual reviews, and prevent financial crime.
We’re hiring a Software Engineer II to help build and scale the core platform behind AiPrise’s compliance orchestration and AI agent systems.
This is a build it, ship it, own it role. Design, develop, and ship production features across our platform stack (backend APIs, data pipelines, integrations, case management UI)
Own complete features from requirements gathering → implementation → deployment → monitoring
Build scalable REST APIs and microservices that orchestrate checks across 80+ compliance vendors (identity verification, sanctions screening, document analysis)
Create data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and routing compliance data at scale
Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
Build monitoring, alerting, and observability into your features
Help shape engineering culture and development workflows as the team scales
4-7+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems
In 3 Months : You've shipped 2-3 significant features to production, own key platform components (e.g., In 9 Months : You're a go-to expert for critical platform areas, driving technical decisions for major initiatives, leading cross-functional feature teams, and have measurably improved engineering velocity and code quality. You've reduced manual review time for customers and helped scale the platform to handle 2-3 enterprise clients.
