The role involves managing project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business priorities, scope, budget, timelines, and SLA https://jobeax.com/link/agt1Hg1pGt70EZ7P Responsibilities :- Manage IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies in .NET and Azure environments.- Ensure that sprints deliver value on time, within the agreed scope and budget, and in alignment with business priorities.- Delegate responsibilities effectively and encourage self-organization and accountability within Scrum teams.- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to refine and prioritize backlog items.- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.- Act as a functional subject matter expert with a thorough understanding of the application, business processes, and expected deliverables.- Provide clear guidance to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.- Guide teams through development, testing, and implementation, and review completed work effectively.- Manage client communication and collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.- Prepare and present sprint progress reports, burndown charts, and project updates to clients.- Communicate project status transparently and promptly escalate impediments to management and client stakeholders.- Ensure project outcomes consistently meet SLA requirements and client expectations.- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning.- Resolve complex or sensitive issues that affect delivery.- Anticipate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks based on project progress and take timely corrective action.- Capture lessons learned throughout project execution and apply them to improve future sprints.- Ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and documentation standards across all sprint https://jobeax.com/link/BXybVbMYeYZGibW1 Skills and Qualifications :- Minimum 3 years of project management experience within an overall experience of 10 - 12+ years.- Demonstrated experience managing Agile/Scrum projects in .NET development environments.- Experience working with Azure Cloud Services.- Strong client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent are preferred.
