We're Hiring: Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Manager who understands the evolving social media landscape and is eager to experiment, learn, and create impactful content.
This role goes beyond managing posts — it's about capturing real moments, telling stories, and building a strong digital presence for PARK360.
Manage and grow PARK360's presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand positioning
Capture photos and videos of office activities, team moments, and key events
Travel to client sites and project locations to document real-world deployments
Experiment with new content styles (reels, short videos, carousels, etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams to create authentic and meaningful content
Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy
1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior
• A creator mindset — someone who enjoys shooting videos, taking pictures, and telling stories
• Willingness to travel for on-ground content capture
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva and AI-based design/content tools
• Basic understanding of content formats that perform well (short-form video, storytelling, hooks, etc.)
• Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)

Understanding of LinkedIn content strategy
Experience working with B2B brands
Work on real-world infrastructure and smart mobility projects
