About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, develop, and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand marketing goals and current social media trends.
2. Brainstorm, script, and storyboard engaging short-form video concepts (Instagram Reels, Shorts, and founder/brand storytelling content).
3. Coordinate and lead on-location shoots: direct camera framing, guide on-screen talent/clients, and capture high-quality b-roll/BTS footage.
4. Collaborate closely with the video editing and design teams to deliver polished cuts, captions, and engaging hooks.
5. Track post performance, analyze engagement metrics, and iterate strategies based on platform algorithm shifts.
