Key responsibilities:

1. Workforce Management: Direct construction crews, assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and coordinate subcontractors.
2. Quality & Blueprint Control: Inspect workmanship, verify compliance with building codes and engineering plans, and fix errors immediately.
3. Material & Resource Logistics: Track inventory, order building materials, coordinate equipment delivery, and prevent project delays.
4. Reporting & Communication: Maintain daily site logs, track worker attendance, and report progress to project managers.
