About the job

The render is the promise. You're the one who keeps it.

At The Signature Design Studio (HSR Layout, Bengaluru), we've delivered 1,200+ projects over 13 years and won multiple national awards. Our clients pay for detail, and they expect the finished space to match the 3D render they approved. The site engineer is the person who makes sure it does.

We're looking for a site engineer who can run a site independently, manage contractors and vendors, and deliver on time without compromising finish quality.

What you'll actually do?
-Manage 2-4 interior sites at a time, from site handover to final client handover
-Read and execute working drawings: layouts, elevations, ceiling, electrical, and plumbing plans
-Coordinate daily with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling and modular teams
-Plan work schedules and material requirements, and raise orders on time
-Check measurements, levels, and finish quality at every stage
-Take site measurements for new projects and verify drawings against actual site conditions
-Send daily progress updates and site photos to the design team and management
-Flag design conflicts and site issues early, and work with designers to resolve them
-Maintain safety, cleanliness, and good conduct on client premises
-Prepare snag lists and close them before handover

You're a fit if:
-You have a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or a degree in Interior Design with site experience
-You have 1+ year of hands-on experience in interior fit-out or finishing works
-You understand carpentry, modular furniture, false ceilings, electrical, plumbing, tiling, and painting
-You can read AutoCAD drawings comfortably (basic AutoCAD drafting is a plus)
-You can handle contractors firmly and keep work moving
-You speak Kannada or Hindi along with basic English
-You have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence

This role is not for you if:
-You prefer office-based work (this role is mostly on site)
-You aren't comfortable managing labour and vendors directly

What you get?
-Experience on premium, high-budget projects with high-end materials and finishes
-Exposure to the complete project cycle, from design to handover
-A clear growth path to Senior Site Engineer, then Project Manager
- 2.16- 2.4 LPA, plus travel allowance
-On-time completion bonus (if applicable)
