About The Signature Design Studio:
The Signature Design Studio is a premium interior design firm based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. With 13+ years in the industry, 1,200+ completed projects, and multiple national awards, we craft luxury residential and commercial interiors for discerning clients.

About the Role:
You'll be the studio's eyes and hands on site. Your job is to ensure every project is executed exactly as designed on time, to specification, and to the finish quality our clients expect. You'll coordinate vendors and site teams, track progress daily, and be the bridge between our designers and what actually gets built.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise day-to-day on-site execution of residential and commercial interior projects
-Read and interpret GFC drawings (AutoCAD) and ensure work matches design intent
-Coordinate and manage carpenters, electricians, painters, false ceiling, and other vendor teams
-Take site measurements, verify quantities, and check material deliveries against specifications
-Monitor workmanship quality, conduct QC checks, and prepare snag lists before handover
-Track project timelines and flag delays or issues to the design and project teams early
-Share daily progress reports with photos and updates
-Verify vendor bills against actual work executed
-Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards

Who Can Apply?
-Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
-Minimum 3-6 months of internship or work experience in interior design execution / interior fit-out projects (mandatory)
-Working knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and modular work (plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, false ceiling, electrical, etc.)
-Ability to read AutoCAD/GFC drawings
-Good communication and vendor-handling skills; fluency in Kannada/Hindi is a strong plus
-Willingness to travel to multiple sites across Bengaluru; own two-wheeler preferred
-Must be available for a full-time role, 6 days a week
