About the job

Envision Next LLP is looking for a proactive and technically competent Site Engineer to monitor daily site progress, plan day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with contractors and site teams, and ensure that project execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Monitor daily site progress, maintain DPRs, and track actual work against planned schedules.
2. Prepare daily/weekly work plans and coordinate construction activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.
3. Supervise site execution, verify measurements, and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
4. Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical issues and minimise delays.
5. Maintain site records, material registers, measurement sheets, and progress reports; assist in BOQ verification and contractor billing.

Other requirements

1. B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in site supervision, civil construction, project execution or construction progress monitoring.

3. Strong site coordination and supervision skills.

4. Good observation and problem-solving abilities.

5. Strong follow-up and execution-oriented approach.

6. Ability to plan daily activities and manage priorities.

7. Clear communication with contractors, supervisors and management.

8. Good record-keeping and reporting skills.

9. Attention to detail and accountability.

10. Ability to work under project deadlines.

11. Proactive identification and escalation of site issues.
