Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
Bin, label, and stack as per layout and safety
Issue materials/tools with approved MIV/return slips
Maintain GRN, challans, ledgers, and stock entries
Track tools, assets, calibration dates, and returns
Maintain 5S, access control, and housekeeping

Skills Required
Civil & mechanical material and tool identification
GRN, MIV, issue/return and gate pass process
Excel/ERP stock entry, basic MIS and reporting
FIFO, bin location control, and stock traceability
Basic measurement, packing, and safe material handling
Coordination with site, purchase, and transport teams

Success Metrics
Stock accuracy 98% in cycle counts
GRN and stock entry closed within 24 hours
Min-stock alerts raised before shortages occur
Issue accuracy 100%; zero wrong material dispatch
Issue TAT met as per SLA; peak-hour compliant
Audit-ready records; zero major non-conformities
