How You’ll Make an Impact
As a QA Officer, you will be at the forefront of our product integrity and quality initiatives, supporting analytical testing, qualification activities, and continuous improvement programs. You will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality products while advancing safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. In this role, you will:
Perform day-to-day Quality Assurance laboratory testing activities.
Support calibration of analytical instruments and standardization of volumetric solutions.
Prepare and support local and global product qualification reporting.
Contribute to Integrated Management System initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, product quality, safety, and cost optimization.
Monitor analytical testing precision and performance.
Manage nonconformance reporting through internal systems.
Support maintenance and readiness of analytical instruments.
Assist in customer complaint investigations through analytical testing.
Promote workplace organization and 5S practices.
Support Health, Safety, and Environment goals aligned to Zero Harm and Zero Injury.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

Post Graduate degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.
5 to 7 years of experience in testing lubricants, additives, chemicals, or related products, preferably within a multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of analytical testing instruments, wet analysis, and laboratory blending or synthesis.
Hands-on experience with ICP, FTIR, viscometers, and auto titrators.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effective English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Quality Management (QM) module.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts and support operational requirements.
Experience with workplace management systems such as 5S.
Result orientation, planning capability, customer focus, decision-making, and open communication skills.
