Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Salesforce developer to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise solutions for a new IT Innovation Hub in Pune. The role involves developing Apex and Lightning components, supporting integrations, and collaborating across global teams to advance digital capabilities.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform capabilities
Serve as technical lead for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs and middleware platforms
Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead critical incident resolution efforts
Mentor team members through coaching, training, and knowledge transfer on Salesforce best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of Salesforce development and solution delivery experience
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification
Expert-level knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
Proficiency with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, security models, and governance frameworks
Experience with Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
