Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Salesforce developer to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise solutions for a new IT Innovation Hub in Pune. The role involves developing Apex and Lightning components, supporting integrations, and collaborating across global teams to advance digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform capabilities
• Serve as technical lead for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs and middleware platforms
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead critical incident resolution efforts
• Mentor team members through coaching, training, and knowledge transfer on Salesforce best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of Salesforce development and solution delivery experience
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification
• Expert-level knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
• Proficiency with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, security models, and governance frameworks
• Experience with Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
