About the Role : We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead / Architect to spearhead the implementation of ServiceNow Agent Client Collector for Visibility (ACCV) for our enterprise customer. The ideal candidate will possess deep, hands-on architectural and technical expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), specifically focusing on Discovery, ACCV, CMDB, and Service https://jobeax.com/link/urp28ElMNuOuSsiR Responsibilities : - ACCV Implementation : Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of ServiceNow Agent Client Collector for Visibility (ACCV) across the customer's infrastructure.- ITOM Strategy & Execution : Design and configure ServiceNow Discovery and top-down Service Mapping to ensure accurate mapping of IT infrastructure and business services.- CMDB Health & Governance : Establish CMDB architecture best practices, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and health using the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework.- Technical Leadership : Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ITOM Visibility.
