Job Title : ServiceNow https://jobeax.com/link/WTMziU2Y4KfU6J95 : Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, https://jobeax.com/link/BsQL2eCBlhEkMrGw : 12 - 17 https://jobeax.com/link/b9YMjLy4b8VN49IK Set : ServiceNow App engine, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, ServiceNow IDE/Studio.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.- Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, and workflows/flow designer flows.- Develop and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.- Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions on the platform.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects.- Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.- Work independently with minimal guidance, taking ownership of assigned modules/projects https://jobeax.com/link/izTbcYd5GhrS8u2R Skills & Experience : - 6+ years of overall IT development experience, with at least 1-2 years / 1-2 full-cycle projects specifically on the ServiceNow platform (custom application development).Strong hands-on experience with : - Glide APIs, Server-side & Client-side scripting (JavaScript).- Flow Designer / Workflow Editor.- Service Portal / Now Experience UI Builder.- App Engine Studio (for custom app development).- Integration Hub, REST/SOAP Web Services, MID Server.- ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions.- Experience in at least one ServiceNow custom Application implementation.- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and CMDB (preferred).- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver without close supervision.- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
