Responsibilities
Ensure timely service parts readiness and availability for new product introductions
Monitor post-launch service demand, identify quality issues, and escalate to engineering
Review engineering changes for impact on service parts; prevent inventory gaps
Collaborate with engineering teams to build service part lists and end-of-sales strategies
Support last-time buy, supplier transition, and spare parts pricing initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of professional experience
3+ years in cross-functional product development, integration, or project management
Experience with product installed base or field service teams
Strong ability to manage competing priorities and critical path project elements
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to deliver results across multiple global functions
