Service Parts Program Integrator acts as a cross-functional liaison between engineering, product management, and supply chain organizations. The role ensures service-readiness for new products, manages technical obsolescence, and develops spare parts strategies across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service parts readiness and timely availability for new product introductions
• Monitor post-launch service demand and escalate quality issues to engineering teams
• Review engineering changes for service parts impact and prevent fulfillment gaps
• Collaborate with engineering on service parts lists and end-of-sales continuation strategy
• Support last-time-buy and supplier transition projects through end-of-guaranteed-service

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• 3 years in cross-functional product development, integration, or project management
• Experience with product installed base or field service teams
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities and critical project paths
• Excellent English communication and formal presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively across global functions
