Responsibilities
Ensure service parts readiness and timely availability for new product introductions
Monitor post-launch service demand and escalate quality issues to engineering teams
Review engineering changes for service parts impact and prevent fulfillment gaps
Collaborate with engineering on service parts lists and end-of-sales continuation strategy
Support last-time-buy and supplier transition projects through end-of-guaranteed-service
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
3 years in cross-functional product development, integration, or project management
Experience with product installed base or field service teams
Strong ability to manage competing priorities and critical project paths
Excellent English communication and formal presentation skills
Ability to work effectively across global functions
