Troubleshoot basic issues related to solar pumps, controllers, and related systems. Coordinate with service centres, warehouse, site engineers, and internal teams. Follow up on pending repairs, materials, and service complaints. Maintain daily service reports, complaint records, and documentation. Communicate with customers and farmers and provide basic system guidance. Escalate complex technical issues to the senior technical team. Key Skills Basic knowledge of solar pump systems. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination. Time management and follow-up skills. Basic reporting and documentation skills. Other Requirements Willingness to travel for site work when required. Ability to handle urgent breakdowns and work under pressure. Willingness to learn and grow in the solar service field.
