Role & Responsibilities - Go to customer sites to set up products and ensure everything is connected and working as it should. - Respond quickly when customers need help and perform routine maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. - Professionally and promptly manage field service requests. - Keep records of all installations and service activities. - Create reports on the work done and any improvements needed.
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have - Education desire: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics. - Should know how to read and write regional languages. - Technical background or relevant experience. - Good communication skills for interacting with customers. - Should know how to ride a 2-wheeler and must have a license.
