Job Description – Service Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service of pharmaceutical machinery at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and maintain pharmaceutical machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and provide technical support to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective service delivery.
• Prepare service reports and maintain customer service records.
• Travel to customer locations as per business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 2–5 years in machinery servicing or a related manufacturing industry.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for domestic and international service assignments.
