Position Summary

The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of pharmaceutical and process machinery at customer sites. The role requires extensive customer interaction, machine diagnostics, and timely resolution of technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Installation and commissioning of machines at customer locations.
* Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, PLC, and automation-related issues.
* Conduct machine trials, testing, and performance verification.
* Provide operator training and technical guidance to customers.
* Attend service calls and ensure timely closure of complaints.
* Prepare service reports, visit reports, and machine performance records.
* Coordinate with internal departments for spare parts and technical support.
* Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) activities.
* Assist customers through remote support using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, VPN, Ewon, or similar tools.
* Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during service activities.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.

Required Qualifications

* Diploma / B.E. / https://jobeax.com/link/2DENLGgQM7whDhaE in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
* Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience may apply.

Required Skills

* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Understanding of PLC, HMI, sensors, drives, and automation systems.
* Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and service documentation.
