We are inviting applications for the role of Service Delivery Leader- F&A
In this role you will be responsible for all the activities related to AR & P2P domain. Should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement

Management experience and leadership skills to drive strategic planning.

• Lead end-to-end O2C & PTP delivery including project setup billing collections and payments invoice processing & dispute management.
• Design and implement standardized processes aligned with ERP and other implementation
• Partner with Data & Analytics to drive insight reporting and cash flow forecasting.
• Develop leadership depth and foster a continuous improvement mindset across the tower of PTP O2C.
• Define & enforce credit policies based on customer segments (corporates institutes dealers)
• Perform review of monthly & YTD performance and provide analysis to optimize performance and profitability.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects)

B. Com Graduation (MBA – Finance preferred)
• vast exp in O2C PTP will add advantages.
Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel
• Should have experience in SAP Oracle

Experience
• experience in Order to Cash & Procure to Pay especially Cash Applications & MEC activities with leadership within shared services.
