About the job

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven SEO/SMO & Digital Marketing Executive with 2-4 years of experience to strengthen our online presence, improve organic search rankings, grow social media channels, and generate quality business leads.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and YouTube channel optimization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, involving close collaboration with content, design, development, and business development teams to achieve measurable marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
1. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and comprehensive SEO audits.
2. Implement on-page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content optimization.
3. Execute off-page SEO strategies, including quality backlink building and link management.
4. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to indexing, crawling, and website performance.
5. Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search engine visibility.
6. Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 for performance tracking.
7. Optimize website content to improve organic traffic, conversions, and lead generation.

B. Social Media Optimization (SMO):
1. Manage and optimize company profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
2. Develop social media content calendars and organic growth strategies.
3. Create engaging captions, post descriptions, hashtags, and content ideas.
4. Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
5. Monitor audience engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
6. Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain consistent brand communication.
7. LinkedIn Marketing & B2B Lead Generation
8. Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn business page.
9. Plan and publish professional content, industry insights, company updates, and thought-leadership posts.
10. Identify target industries, potential clients, and relevant decision-makers.
11. Support B2B lead generation and outreach for IT services, web development, and mobile app development.
12. Build brand awareness, professional networks, and business engagement through LinkedIn.
13. Track page growth, content performance, and lead generation metrics.

C. YouTube Marketing:
1. Manage and optimize the company's YouTube channel.
2. Conduct keyword research for video topics, titles, descriptions, and tags.
3. Optimize channel information, thumbnails, playlists, and video metadata.
4. Plan content around technology insights, company services, educational videos, and project showcases.
5. Coordinate with designers and video editors to publish engaging content and YouTube Shorts.
6. Track views, watch time, subscriber growth, audience retention, and engagement.

D. Analytics & Reporting:
1. Prepare weekly and monthly SEO and digital marketing reports.
2. Track KPIs, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, engagement, video performance, and leads.
3. Analyze campaign results and recommend data-driven improvements.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies and meet deadlines.

A. Preferred qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2. Experience in an IT services company, digital marketing agency, or technology company.

3. Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems.

4. Familiarity with Canva and social media scheduling tools.

5. Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.

6. Practical experience with social media management and content planning.

7. Understanding of LinkedIn marketing, B2B marketing, and lead generation.

8. Knowledge of YouTube SEO, video optimization, and channel growth strategies.

9. Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

10. Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms.

11. Strong analytical, written communication, and content-planning skills.

12. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver measurable results.
