As a key contributor to Blackbaud's in-house creative team, you will steward Blackbaud's brand identity to produce effective creative content across a variety of media. Your work will help capture the interest of the global social impact community and other key stakeholders. Additionally, you will and provide guidance to other team members to ensure excellent creative output.

You should have an impeccable eye for detail, a sophisticated sense of typography, and be able to consistently deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment by successful prioritization.
Using Blackbaud's established brand guidelines and system of templates and resources, produce brand-aligned, high-performing creative across media, including presentations, digital ads, PDFs, ebooks, campaigns, event assets and more.
In addition to producing your own design, coach the work of junior designer(s) to ensure that their work meets high quality standards and will perform to accomplish the objectives of the creative brief.
Partner closely with members of our go-to-market teams to ensure creatives are high performing and effective.
Lead medium to large size design projects, see them through the entire design process fromunderstanding the brief to production delivery
Use Asana to manage work distribution across your team, communicate effectively with stakeholders around the globe, and manage your own asynchronous collaboration with global stakeholders on design projects.
5+ years of experience working in graphic or visual design, including previous in-house or agency experience
