Now we are offering an opportunity to prospective Tele Counsellors/Senior Tele Counsellors to call, inform, and Counsel Candidates to enrol for Diploma, UG, PG, Ph.D., and other job-oriented courses.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from inquiry and application to enrollment.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve student admission and enrollment targets. Supervise and motivate the admissions team to meet individual and team goals.
3. Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents through phone, email, online platforms, and in-person interactions.
4. Conduct counseling sessions and provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
5. Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
6. Monitor admission leads, applications, conversions, and enrollment data.
7. Maintain accurate student records and admissions documentation.
