Stryker seeks an experienced Senior Technical Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise data solutions on Azure and Databricks. The role involves architecting scalable platforms, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring adherence to governance and engineering standards across the data delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Lead technical delivery of enterprise data platforms from design through production deployment
Conduct technical discussions and design reviews with delivery partners and stakeholders
Implement and oversee ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, lakehouses, and BI integrations
Mentor data engineers and analysts on engineering standards and best practices
Ensure solutions meet architecture standards, security, compliance, and governance requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
10-12 years of data engineering and architecture experience
Expert-level hands-on skills with Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, and Delta Lake
Proficiency in SQL, Spark/PySpark, and ADLS technologies
Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and data governance
Experience designing and optimizing cloud data platforms for performance and cost
Demonstrated expertise with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
