Senior technical lead for Clarity PPM platform providing L3 support, complex development, configuration, and production troubleshooting. Responsible for resolving critical issues, designing technical solutions, and mentoring junior team members in a third-shift remote role based in India.
Responsibilities
Provide L3 technical support and own resolution of complex Clarity production incidents and issues
Design, develop, configure, and deploy Clarity enhancements including custom scripts, integrations, workflows, and reports
Lead root-cause analysis for critical, recurring, or technically complex production problems
Coordinate with Broadcom for product-level issues and support Clarity upgrades, patches, and deployments
Mentor junior developers and administrators; participate in 16x5 operational support and on-call rotation
Requirements
Advanced degree plus 3 years experience, or bachelor's degree plus 5 years software development experience
Advanced Clarity PPM technical development, configuration, and L3 production support expertise
Advanced proficiency with GEL scripting, NSQL, SQL, XOG, REST APIs, and XML integrations
Strong SQL, relational database, and enterprise application troubleshooting skills
Experience with application upgrades, patches, deployments, and change-management environments
Working knowledge of Oracle/SQL Server, Linux, and Apache Tomcat for application diagnostics
