Senior Staff Technical Product Manager in Bangalore, भारत

GE HealthCare seeks a Senior Staff Technical Product Manager to define product strategy and roadmap for Software Builder Tools, working across engineering, architecture, compliance, and security teams. This role focuses on improving software delivery, developer experience, platform adoption, and AI-enabled lifecycle management for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Software Builder Tools portfolio
• Conduct continuous customer discovery and user research to identify unmet needs and opportunities
• Lead portfolio prioritization across CI/CD, testing, compliance automation, and AI-assisted delivery capabilities
• Establish and monitor success metrics including deployment frequency, lead time, and platform adoption
• Partner with architecture, security, compliance, and engineering leaders to ensure scalability and regulatory alignment

Requirements

• Engineering degree with significant Cloud SaaS or IaaS product experience
• Deep understanding of software engineering, platform engineering, DevSecOps, and CI/CD
• Proven product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap planning expertise
• Strong data-driven decision making with ability to develop business cases
• Experience translating complex technical concepts into measurable business outcomes
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical debt, compliance, and strategic investments
