Senior Staff Solution Architect - Revenue Recognition & Receivables (Oracle Fusion) in Bangalore, भारत

GE HealthCare seeks a Principal Solution Architect to lead revenue recognition and receivables design during migration from Oracle E-Business Suite R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The role provides senior solution leadership across invoicing, billing, receivables, revenue accounting, and reporting, shaping global capabilities and guiding controlled, scalable implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state business processes and solution architecture for invoicing, receivables, revenue accounting, and reporting
• Lead revenue recognition design for contract scenarios including performance obligations, allocation, and ASC 606 / IFRS 15 compliance
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design reviews, workshops, and manage decisions, risks, and cross-workstream dependencies
• Oversee functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and test scenarios; guide technical teams on mappings and logic
• Lead testing strategy, data migration validation, cutover execution, and post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 10+ years experience in revenue accounting, order-to-cash, or finance systems including ERP implementations
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 / IFRS 15 framework, contract analysis, allocation, and GL accounting principles
• Led or held principal design role in 3+ end-to-end ERP implementations across 2+ industries covering revenue or order-to-cash
• Working expertise in Oracle Fusion Receivables, Subledger Accounting, and integration capabilities or R12 equivalents
• Proven ability to advise stakeholders on alternative process models and translate accounting policies into system requirements
• Experience leading functional design, testing, data validation, conversion, and deployment of complex systems
