Senior Staff Software Engineer Full Stack in Rāniganj, India

As a key player in our engineering team, you will design and develop new features for our primary iOS & Android products, which are part of a comprehensive, multi-tenant SaaS solution on AWS. We are seeking a flexible, self-motivated, and hands-on senior programmer with a passion for creating excellent code and a great user experience. You will collaborate closely with Product Management and field professionals to turn diverse requirements into actionable plans. This role offers a unique opportunity to observe the large-scale deployment and usage of our product by enterprise customers.

Provide technical leadership in the development and maintenance of our iOS and Android solutions.

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the mobile applications.

Drive and oversee the development lifecycle from prototyping and implementation to testing and maintenance.

Define and evangelize best practices with a focus on code robustness, security, performance, and scalability.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

• 5+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience developing on the iOS platform.
• Strong background in OOP languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, or C#.
• Excellent understanding of Swift, Objective-C, and programming concepts like multithreading, MVC, MVVM, and unit testing.
• Excellent understanding of iOS frameworks, the Android OS, and their respective ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Kotlin.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure (PaaS/IaaS).

Experience with test automation frameworks such as Appium, XCTest, or Espresso.

Experience in full-stack web development.

Prior Agile/Scrum work experience.

Working experience in mobile device management (MDM)
