Senior Staff Program Manager at GE HealthCare responsible for strategy, planning, and execution of complex digital-solutions programs. Will oversee integrated schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination for cloud and healthcare technology initiatives in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop program strategy, roadmaps, milestones and execution plans for digital solutions
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources and cross-team dependencies
• Coordinate engineering, product, cybersecurity, quality and regulatory stakeholders
• Establish metrics-based operating reviews and leadership dashboards for visibility
• Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks and escalate issues with urgency

Requirements

• 15+ years software engineering or program management experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM subjects
• Healthcare, medical-device, or regulated software program experience
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe certification or equivalent
• Proficiency with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Power BI
• Cloud-native development experience with AWS services and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards: DICOM, HL7, FHIR
